What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar leadership role.
Ability to train, manage, and support kitchen staff.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Expertise in food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
