MUST HAVE SPECIFICALLY COFFEE SHOP MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

If you have sufficient experience managing coffee shops, then we are offering SIGNIFICANT profit share incentives.
There is no cap on this role's income. This role is designed to achieve a salary of at least $100k+ within the first year! AGAIN NO CAP!
We are a new bar/restaurant in midtown Manhattan and are looking to get our coffee shop open ASAP. We are investing in a quality coffee shop which means we will invest in a quality manager!
Qualifications:
Real qualified coffee shop management experience (At least 2+ years)
Deep knowledge of coffee, brewing, espressos, etc
Deep knowledge of financials, employment practices, and anything related to running the business portion of a coffee shop.
Eagar to work hard. It won't be easy but it will be rewarded!
Ability to work autonomously and communicate openly and efficiently with the partners!
Be extremely reliably! You'll be running the show!
