We're looking for professional line cooks who are used to working in a busy restaurant. Line cooks responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
Preparing and plating food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts and appetizers according to chef's guidance
Working with the team to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulation
Arrive to work on time in uniform and prepared to work
Learn the dishes and prepare and present the with consistency
Must have full time availability
