Responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment.
You will manage reservations, greet guests, and ensure smooth operations within the dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front of house.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
Monitor dining room activity to ensure a positive guest experience.
Collaborate with management to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a host or customer service role preferred.
Familiarity with OpenTable and or Resy is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
