French Bakery is looking for an EXPERIENCED and dedicated Baker to join our enthusiastic team asap.
Schedule:
Day shift
Must be able to:
-Hand-shape and bake French croissants and viennoiseries, (MANDATORY)
-Prepare doughs from scratch,
-Prepare and bake snacks, lunch items
all in accordance with our recipes.
-Must speak english fluently
Requirements:
-Must be legal to work in the US,
-MUST HAVE 1+ year of bakery experience (French bakery experience is a big plus)
-Food handler
-Committed to mastering the techniques of producing French baked goods at the very highest level
-Strives for continuous improvement and is eager to learn and grow
-Possess a passion for preparing quality items everyday
-Maintains a positive attitude and works effectively as a member of a team
-Has a general passion and understanding for all aspects of the baking process: mixing, shaping, and baking
-Works cleanly and efficiently
-Ability to follow recipes and techniques and to do an accurate INVENTORY
-Familiarity with bakery equipment
