Two Time James Beard Nominated Chef Brian Lewis and his culinary team are hiring immediately for the position of line cooks for The Cottage Restaurant in Greenwich, Connecticut. Full time and Part Time positions available. Chef Brian has been nominated as a semi-finalist for the original "The Cottage" in Westport in 2018 and just recently in 2022 for Best Chef Northeast by the James Beard Foundation.
The Cottage is a warm and welcoming restaurant which embraces the local community and is greatly influenced by the artisan farmers and growers in our region.
