Seeking a combination Porter and Line Cook to work Saturdays and Sundays from approximately 10am-5pm. We are a bar/restaurant in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn, that serves brunch and dinner on the weekends.
The person will be required to do some cleaning of front of house before service. During brunch service, they will work the line with the chef, help with prep and wash dishes. Ideally, this person will have experience working in various back of house roles and feel comfortable working the line during a busy brunch shift.
