We are looking for a high energy Team Member that will support one of our location in Manhattan. We are open to both full time and part time.
If you enjoy eating and creating heathy dishes and you have a positive attitude you may be a good fit for our team. We only use non-invasive cooking techniques, we don't have grill or fryer, the job consists mostly of preparing fresh vegetables, dressings and assembling salads (no bad small, no heat).
DOH certificate is a big plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Positive attitude that transmits the values of our business.
- Work in the line to assemble our dishes and provide amazing customer service
- When necessary, being able to help in the kitchen to prepare foods while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat.
- Cleans equipment after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
- Assists in the ordering, receiving and packaging as required.
- Maintains a good working relationship with coworkers, guests and managers.
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
- Ensure stores’ cleanliness by keeping a clean work station, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management while training new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to our dress code.
- Must be able and willing to carry 40 pounds

Estamos buscando un miembro del equipo con mucha energía que apoye una de nuestras ubicaciones en Manhattan. Estamos abiertos tanto a tiempo completo como a tiempo parcial.

Obligaciones y responsabilidades esenciales:

- Cuando sea necesario, poder ayudar en la cocina para preparar alimentos siguiendo las instrucciones de cocción, procedimientos de seguridad y requisitos sanitarios.
- Mantiene limpios y ordenados los frigoríficos y almacenes.
- Limpia el equipo después de la preparación y servicio, manteniendo altos estándares de limpieza.
- Ayuda en la planificación de la producción, el mantenimiento de registros y la generación de informes según sea necesario.
- Ayuda en el pedido, recepción y embalaje según sea necesario.
- Mantiene una buena relación de trabajo con compañeros de trabajo, invitados y gerentes.
- Realiza el trabajo de manera segura mientras mantiene un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro.
- Saludar a los clientes, registrar pedidos y servir alimentos y bebidas con una actitud constante positiva y servicial, incluida la respuesta a preguntas sobre el menú.
- Garantizar la limpieza de las tiendas manteniendo una estación de trabajo limpia, barriendo y trapeando pisos, lavando y desinfectando los utensilios de cocina.
- Comunicarse de manera efectiva con los miembros del equipo y la gerencia mientras capacita a nuevos empleados y resolver cualquier problema interpersonal según sea necesario.
- Mantener una apariencia limpia y ordenada usando uniforme y respetando nuestro código de vestimenta.
