PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
Follows directions and menu descriptions from chef.
Follows proper cooking techniques for all dishes.
Ensures food quality and timeliness.
Cleaning during and after each shift.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Operational knowledge of kitchen equipment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to work under pressure
