Line Cook:
Display a working knowledge of all ingredients and preparation used on the menu.
Consistently ensure that station mise en place is prepped, seasoned, and stocked throughout service and overall station remains clean and organized.
Effectively participates in a professionally run service period, ensuring excellence in cooking, timing, plate assembly, and communication.
Maintain a calm mental athleticism while managing picks and simultaneously taking direction from expediters and culinary leaders.
Promote teamwork and excellence amongst the kitchen team.
Demonstrate an eagerness to refine techniques and a desire to continually learn and grow.
What we need from you:
Must have food handlers license
3+ years in a Line Cook position at a full-service restaurant, or similar experience
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required
Refill service line for dinner service
Focus on dinner service – executing orders as they come in
Break down line at end of night
Clean kitchen at end of night
Convey ordering needs to Manager
Work with different cuisines, Asian, Spanish, American, etc.
Dishwasher:
Primary Responsibilities:
Dishwashing & Cleaning:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and counters.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Support Kitchen Operations:
Assist with basic food prep (peeling, chopping, portioning) when needed.
Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners and maintain waste areas in a clean condition.
Restock clean dishes and cookware to their designated areas promptly.
Maintenance & Organization:
Check and replenish dishwashing chemicals and cleaning supplies as needed.
Notify management of any equipment issues or maintenance needs.
Organize storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Follow proper hygiene and cross-contamination prevention practices.
Adhere to all health department regulations and company policies.
Bartender:
Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
Take drink and food orders accurately and process transactions through POS systems.
Check identification to verify customers meet minimum age requirements for consumption.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Monitor guest consumption and recognize signs of intoxication, following responsible service guidelines.
Restock liquor, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies as needed.
Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Server:
Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming dining experience.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and stocked throughout service.
Anticipate guests’ needs and provide attentive, friendly service.
Handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
Process payments accurately, issue receipts, and handle cash/credit transactions.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
Retention Bonus: $500 for 6 months in good standing
