The job
As follows and not limited to:
Part time and full time
$20-25/hr depending on experience
Minimum 2 years experience
Preping and maintaining ingredients for service
Stocking and cleaning stations
Open and closing shifts
Maintaining sanitation standards for BOH operations as provided by NYC DOH
Monitoring food for freshness
Receiving and rotating stock
Following recipes as provided by chef
Being able to work alone and being responsible.
Multiple shifts available between two locations in Brooklyn. AM and PM shifts. Full time and Part time shifts available.
