We are seeking an experienced lead line cook & Prep Cooks at our neighborhood restaurant.
You will be expected to complete all aspects of kitchen work at every station, including but not limited to stocking, prep work, cooking during service, making staff meals, organizing food deliveries, and cleaning kitchen/food preparation areas. Full-time & Part Time cook position - applicants must have open and flexible availability.
Must have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an NYC kitchen
- Great knife skills
- Focus and attention to detail
- Precision - the ability to execute recipes exactly
- Experience on fry, salad, sautée and grill stations
- Experience with Prep
Compensation depends upon schedule and experience.
