1+ years in a similar position
Ability to work quickly and cleanly in a high stress environment
Punctual, consistent, hard working and coachable
Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and reach, bend, stoop and climb up and down stairs
Restaurant experience: 1 year (Required)
Responsibilities
Cooking and plating food according to the restaurant’s standard
Ensuring station is kept stocked and clean at all times
Autonomously manage prep list on a daily and weekly basis
Preparing all mise for station and breaking down at the end of service
Maintain a positive working relationship with all associates, contributing as a team member throughout the restaurant
