Gelato Counter Staff
L'Arte del Gelato is seeking Full and Part-Time experienced Counter Staff for our various locations.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, and professional.
Great hospitality, organizational, and customer service skills are required for our fast-paced location. A minimum of one year of Gelato Counter Staff or equivient experience is required.
As Gelato Counter Staff, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and memorable customer experience to all of our guests.

Job Duties:
Able to lift and carry over 25 pounds, unassisted
Maintain appearance and cleanliness of location ensuring products are stocked and areas are properly sanitized
Scoop Gelato according to company standards
Follow Gelato temperature guidelines
Operate cash register and take order through Square POS system.
Follow all safety guides and ensure proper handling of food and beverage items according to Department of Health Standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Assisting customers in selecting frozen items and providing information about our products
Provide Gelato knowledge to our guests
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
Skills & Qualifications:
Great attitude, organized, detail oriented
Retail, restaurant, or QSR experience
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to provide outstanding Customer Service
Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation procedures
Flexible schedule
Available to work on weekends
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Food Handler Certification preffered, but not required

Pay: starting at $16.00 + Tips
