We are a family owned Italian restaurant located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn seeking to hire a full -time and part-time experienced server to join our high energy team.
To be considered for the position, Applicants should have:
At least 3 years of high volume serving experience
extensive Knowledge of Italian Cuisine
Good knowledge of wines and spirits
In-depth knowledge of food and seasonal ingredients
Ability to multi task and work fast
Ability to work well with a tight knit staff
