FLorentin, is a popular dining destination in Upper West side we are known for our brunch and Dinner The role will be 5 days including both Saturday and Sunday. Need full time Mostly dinner shifts.
You will be expected to:
- Complete prep and recipes accurately and consistently
- Communicate well with Chef, Lead Line and management (this means texting and email)
- Have a positive and friendly attitude toward all team members
- Have a passion and care for Cooking and restaurants
Key Qualifications Include:
-Previous experience in a professional kitchen
-Positive attitude, collaborative and detail oriented.
-Working knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) standards.
- NYC food handlers license is a Plus
- legal working documents
