We are currently hiring 1 porter for potential full time
& 1 cook for part time
Porter responsibilities: Full Time
Operating the dishwashing machine
Assisting in basic food prep tasks
Organizing the storeroom, making sure thing are stored correctly
Cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen floors and whole porter station at the end of each day
Taking out all kitchen waste, recycling, & linens each night
Transportation of goods and equipment from the kitchen to the storeroom
following the daily / weekly / monthly cleaning tasks
Deep Clean monday shift available
Cook Responsibility: Part time
Prep and Cook dishes adhering to the recipes and quality standards of the the Chef & sous Chef
Maintain a clean uniform and hygiene each day
Following DOH compliant standards of food safety at all times
Keeping track of personal station mise en place and communicating to the chef the things you need ordered
Closing and breaking down the kitchen each night, also resetting up to ensure a clean entry for the cook the next day
Positive hard working attitude
$19-20
$25 hour for Monday deep clean
