What are we looking for:
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service that enhances the guest experience.
Manage Bar Operations (Head Bartender): Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, staff training, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and efficient service.
Bring the energy and excitement of Tulum to our bar, making it a lively and welcoming space for all patrons.
Qualifications:
Expert Knowledge of Mezcal & Tequila: Deep understanding and passion for agave spirits, with the ability to educate guests and create innovative cocktails.
Fluent in English is required.
Previous experience as a bartender in a high-energy restaurant or bar setting. Leadership experience required for Head Bartender role.
A passion for mixology and a creative approach to drink creation.
Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a drive for excellence and growth.
