Busy Italian Restaurant/Pizzeria seeks Salad Man and Cold Station Prep. Will be responsible for daily preparation of cutting and washing lettuce for salads, prepare dressings, butterflying chicken, grilling, wraps and cold sandwiches. Needs to speak and read English and Spanish. Knowledge of NYC Board of Health rules suggested. This is a fast pace environment. You must be able to receive directions from owner operator.
