Candidates must have 3-5 years of solid bartending experience. Hourly rate of $10.65 - $12 DOE, + tips. Must have TIPS certification and NYC DOH Food Handlers is a plus.
We’re passionate about cocktails as much as we’re passionate about music. We craft our own seasonal cocktails and provide the best wine and beer selection of the season. Our bartenders have fun creating vibrant cocktails for our guests while enjoying the live music. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and coffee.
- Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team members
- Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking drink orders, and providing recommendations when requested.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Set up the bar for service and ensure it is well-stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Monitor and manage beverage inventory to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Place orders for replenishing bar supplies as needed.
- Ensure the consistent quality and presentation of beverages, paying attention to detail and precision.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service.
- Comply with local regulations and licensing requirements.
