Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Manage: Supervise kitchen staff, schedule shifts, and ensure a smooth, efficient operation.
Quality Control: Maintain top-notch food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in line with our brand.
Inventory & Budgeting: Manage ordering, control food costs, minimize waste, and keep track of inventory.
Training & Development: Onboard, train, and coach kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.
Innovation & Improvement: Work with the team to improve processes, introduce new menu items, and ensure the highest guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of kitchen management experience, preferably in Japanese or Asian cuisine.
Leadership Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Organizational Abilities: Able to manage time, prioritize, and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Passion for Japanese Cuisine: Knowledge of Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques is a plus!
