Mediterranean restaurant is looking for full-time Servers and Barback
SERVERS
- Very strong knowledge of Italian/Mediterranean cuisine, including ingredients, preparation methods, and regional specialties.
- Willingness to undergo a menu knowledge test during the interview process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
BARBACK
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, including knowledge of hard liquor and wines.
- Work collaboratively with the bar team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including regular cleaning and sanitization.
- Prepare garnishes, mixers, and other ingredients as needed for cocktails.
- Restock bar supplies and inventory to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and assisting with their needs.
