Sir Henry's is looking for experienced hosts to join our growing team! We're a new cocktail bar located right in the heart of the Theatre District.
We are looking for outgoing, professionals who thrive in a team environment. Our hosts are expected to showcase a passion for hospitality and guest relations.
This is a part-time, hourly position with an ASAP start date.
Must have prior hosting experience (including experience with OpenTable) :
Responsibilities:
- Manage reservation system on OpenTable
- Manage email communication for special requests, private events, large parties, reservation changes, etc.
- Welcome and communicate with guests in person, on the phone, and via text
-Understand steps of service and the innerworkings of the restaurant
-Assist teammates and anticipate FOH needs
Skills and Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience in a high volume, high end environment
-Excellent communication
- Must be proficient in English
