Ceremonia Bakeshop is a small family owned & operated bakery. We make & bake everything fresh in house . We also offer quality coffee, espresso & tea. We are currently searching for a passionate & experienced head barista/front counter server to join our growing team team. This person will have a lead role to ensure operation is running smoothly. They will also be responsible for keeping track of inventory.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- at least 2 years experience in a cafe setting
- strong knowledge on coffee
- experience with coffee art
- experience with dialing in machine & maintaining consistent espresso extraction
- excellent customer service & communication skills
- experience with pos systems
- open availability, weekends required
- ability to work in a team setting
- ability to adapt, learn and work under pressure
- ability to maintain a hygienic work environment & cleaning routinely while following safety & security measures
