We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartenders and Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide personalized service in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, shelves, and equipment
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Provide help and recommendations to customers as requested
- Assist with food service, including delivering and serving food and clearing tables
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and seamless food delivery
- Work effectively in a high-pressure environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant
Requirements
- Prior experience as a bartender in a restaurant or nightclub setting
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a point-of-sale system
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices
- Familiarity with the food industry and its regulations
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and the ability to manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of the restaurant

Pay: $10.00 per hour
