Chef de Cuisine
-Seeking talented very hard/smart working with upscale restaurant experience. Must be a strong cook with plating experience to work on specials. Knowledge/Experience in expediting, ordering, labor cost required. BOH certified
Line Cooks
-Day and night shifts available. Know your way around the kitchen, self sufficient, organized, eager to learn, BOH Certified preferred
Host/Hostess
-Friendly, presentable, pleasant phone manner, able to stay cool in a fast paced environment, knowledge of Resy preferred
Servers/Bartenders
-Friendly, energetic, fast, fun, good knowledge of drinks; wine; food; POS experience required, BOH Certified Preferred 2+ years NYC experience
Bussers
NYC restaurant experience required
