What we're looking for:
Sous-Chef: 5+ years of kitchen experience, strong leadership and management skills, and a creative approach to menu development. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Servers: 4+ years of experience in high-end, fast-paced dining, and a solid understanding of wine and spirits.
Server Assistant: Eager to support our team and deliver top-tier service.
Cooks & Kitchen Staff: Skilled in working under pressure, with a commitment to quality and teamwork.
Dishwashers & Porters: Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
