Our restaurant is high-end Japanese Wagyu Omakase restaurant located in Midtown near empire state building. We specialized in Japanese A5 wagyu and we're carrying whole cattle of Japanese A5 Wagyu from Japan directly. It is the very first in the states. We offer multi-course menu inspired by local and seasonal ingredients as well. All applicants must be legally able to work in the U.S and should have a strong work ethic, be a reliable team player.

- able to work at least 4 days per week.

Prep Cook
- Undertakes basic cooking duties such as making sauces and stock
- Prepare food for service including such as portioning
- Ensure all prepared items are stored properly with properly labeling(date, initial, and rotated following FIFO)
- Maintain an accurate prep list with thorough working knowledge of recipes, ingredients
- Ability to lifting up to 50 pounds
- 1 year of experience MUST
- Some knowledge in Korean cuisine will be welcome
