Who are we:
We are a High-end Sushi and Kaiseki style 10 seat restaurant that prides itself in serving the best dishes and ingredients we can get out hands on. Both Kaiseki and Sushi have a strong foundation in seasonality which we take active steps towards bringing to the table for our guests. Our team may be small, but we are tight knit and motivated. What we are looking for:
A punctual, hard working, and energetic individual with the capacity and desire to learn and grow.
Someone who is detail oriented and has a steady and careful hand
An individual who can physically lift items that may be 25lbs+
Someone who has legal working status/ SS#
Job requirements:
Opening Duties (cleaning the bathrooms, mopping floors before service, and helping make the restaurant presentable for service)
Washing dishes and hand washing delicate items such as glasses and fragile small dishes.
Breaking down boxes and disposing of them with the trash at the end of the night on designated trash days.
Keeping the New York Health Code standards.
This job will start from 5pm to closing unless otherwise discussed, compensation can be discussed during the interview process.
