We're a new neighborhood diner in the heart of Bed Stuy and we're looking for a responsible, fast, and experienced kitchen manager to round out our team!
The position is full time (4-5 days, roughly 35-40 hours). You will be tasked with building on existing systems as well as working with ownership to create new ones. We are a small restaurant and as such the kitchen manager MUST in addition to having strong leadership skills be a HIGH level short order cook and have strong organizational skills. Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to inventory, doh readiness, waste control, and quality control. NYC Food Protection Certification is required.
