Must have management experience in the hospitality industry.
Individuals must direct and organize the activities of the bar and event space, Including but not limited to maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, outstanding customer service, and overall day-to-day operations.
You Are:
- a self starter and NYC night life enthusiast w/ previous management in bars/music venues/night life
- have ideally been a bartender at some point in your life and so can identify great bartenders and proper work habits and conduct behind the bar
- You enjoy motivating and leading a FOH team
-You’re a great communicator and are independent enough to know how to run a bar and FOH staff , and take the appropriate steps to do so, while still working in collaboration with the owners to execute their vision.
-Interface with guests and bands
-Experience with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and back end of POS systems
-Passion for hospitality and night life a must
-Must be to work late nights (we stay open until 4am on weekends, earlier during week)
