Restaurant Group is searching for a General Manager. This role requires someone that is a strong and experienced leader that will assist the Operations Director. This position is very hands-on and requires someone that is quick and can work well under pressure and maintain a positive working environment.
As the General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the FOH and BOH operations. The position will work closely with the Owners, Operations Director and Director of Human Resources. You will be assisting with finding great talent, training, scheduling, and counseling to name a few as well as managing the day-to-day aspects of service and performing administrative duties. You must be proficient with staff scheduling and POS Management. Ensuring compliance with DOH standards and maintaining a clean, and safe workplace. It will be your responsibility along with the management team to successfully execute the restaurant’s mission continuously defining and refining service.
You are professionally mature and have the authority to give orders and make decisions while being diplomatic. You must provide strong leadership by motivating and coaching others to the next level.
Must have 2-5 years of experience working as a General Manager. Must have great presentation, great winning smile, awesome communication skills and strong leadership skills. Strong time management skills and the ability to shift gears as necessary.
