Our Michelin Mediterranean restaurant is looking for PT/full-time skilled and motivated individuals to join our team at Il Fiorista. 17 W 26th Street - Nomad
Entry level Line Cook. Starting on Garde Manger/Dessert station
5 day work week, approximately 8 hours per day. Immediate hire.
Pay per hour based on experience and ability to do the necessary tasks. NYC food handler certificate is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexible availability on weekdays nights and weekends day/night
- Knife skills and general knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to work cleanly
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to take direction and execute
- Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to arrive on time and work a full shift, including station breakdown
- Maintain equipment clean and in excellent working condition
- Maintaining a positive work environment
- Professional communication with other employees and managers
