FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE:
Experienced Bartender (3+ years in fine dining establishment)
Job Type: Full-time, evening shifts (5 days a week, INCLUDING WEEKENDS)

Job Qualifications, Duties, and Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Must have 3 years of experience working in a fine dining establishment.
- Must maintain a professional and good appearance in the workplace everyday, with good hygiene and neat.
- Providing professional, engaging, and high-quality service to every guest.
- Taking and making beverage orders at the bar in a timely manner while creating genuine relations.
- Following recipes while making cocktails. Pouring the proper amount.
- Tending the bar at all times. Keeping all bar stations clean and organized. Securing payments.
- Assisting other team members with various duties as assigned.
- Must possess excellent customer service, communication skills, and attentiveness.
- Must have an understanding and knowledge of spirits/beer/wine/non-alcoholic beverages, including specific brand recognition.
- Must maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all guidelines established by the restaurant, to health code, and safety.
- Inventory of all stock items and processing orders.
- Must have a New York City Food Handler's Certificate.
- Must be able to work long hours on your feet and must be in good physical condition to carry glasses and/or bottles to stock.
