Blackstone Grill is a renowned steakhouse known for its exceptional cuisine, atmosphere and service. We are seeking a talented and experienced full-service bartender, waiters and bussers to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Mix classic and innovative cocktails
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Interact with customers, taking orders and answering questions
Process payments and manage cash drawer
Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
Assist with side work and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
