You are a self-starter who is looking for the opportunity to create and serve their own food menu to a bar crowd at night.
The kitchenette is small, but we were able to serve tacos, quesadillas, and wings, plus sides for awhile now.
You would need your own equipment but have shelves for storage, a small fridge, as well as the kitchen sink and dishwasher to share with the bar.
