Food Expeditor
- acts as a liaison between the kitchen and the front-of-house staff, ensuring efficient order flow and timely, accurate food delivery to guests. They manage the flow of orders, coordinate between the kitchen and servers, and maintain quality control over food presentation.
Busser
- maintain a clean and organized dining area, supporting servers and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests. They clear and reset tables, assist with food and beverage service, and keep the restaurant tidy, including floors and restrooms.
