At Yong Chuan, We are brand new Chinese Szechuan fine dining restaurant.
We are looking for an additional team members for immediate employment.
1. Server
- Minimum of one year NYC experience is required.
(Preferably, Chinese, Japanese, Asian establishments)
- Knowledge of hospitality steps of service, knowledge of domestic and international wines is a huge plus.
- Must be well groomed and possess a courteous, energetic and positive working attitude.
- Mandarin Chinese Speaking is preferable.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work full-time is preferred.
2. Bartender
- Minimum of one year of NYC bar experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must be willing to work 3-4 shifts/ week
- Basic knowledge of classic cocktail, beer and wine knowledge is a huge plus.
- Must be well groomed, dedicated, detail-orient demeanor.
- Flexible schedule is required.
3. Hostess
- Minimum of one year New York experience is required.
(Preferably, Chinese, Japanese, Asian establishments)
- Knowledge of RESY, food delivery platforms and applications are required.
- Must be well presented and possess a courteous, energetic, positive and vibrant working attitude.
- Mandarin Chinese Speaking is a huge plus.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work full-time is preferred.
