We are a well known restaurant seeking a hard working shift manager who will help solve problems that affect customer service, improve employee efficiency, and maintain and improve our service standards. We want someone with the ability to work well under pressure, maintain calm, and use common sense when the unexpected arises.
You will work closely with all staff to ensure a smooth operation within the store and investigate and resolves food quality and service complaints.
You will assist customers placing orders for take-out and catering events and provide information about the products and services we offer.
This is a varied and demanding position. We are looking for someone who enjoys people and is unafraid to deal with the unexpected.
Salary: $1,000 - $2,000/week
