East Harlem Bottling Co-An American bistro is looking for experienced waiter/waitress who is able to work day and night shifts. Must be available weekends. We are looking to add an energetic, hard working team player to join our committed staff in bringing a wide variety of food, a large selection of craft beers, an above average wine list and signature cocktails to a fun and appreciative group of regulars and new friends.
Looking for: punctual, experienced, energetic, fun people-Must have experience in busy environment
Need to know: Working knowledge of craft beer, classic cocktails, old/new world wines-understanding of farm to table principles
Willing to learn: Weekly changes in beer, cocktails, wine, and food items
Best description of you: sense of urgency, on time, self motivated, attention to detail, curiosity in learning, sense of serving people, and a problem solver.
