A premier American restaurant specializing in Wagyu steaks seeks experienced team members to join our team.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, top-quality cuisine, and a vibrant dining experience.
SERVERS:
We're looking for candidates who are:
Highly organized, punctual, and professional.
Experienced in full-service restaurants, with a minimum of 4 years required and at least 1 year in fine dining.
Candidates without this level of experience will not be considered.
Skilled in managing high-volume service with ease and composure.
Knowledgeable in wine service, spirits, beer, and cocktails.
Confident with a strong personality, capable of engaging and captivating guests.
Open to receiving and providing constructive feedback.
Excellent communicators, both verbally and in writing.
Proficient in using Toast POS.
Additional Requirements:
Full-time availability, including weekdays, weekends, lunch, dinner, and brunch shifts.
Some managerial experience is highly preferred.
HOST: part-time must be available on Saturday & Sunday mornings ($17-20 per hour depends on experience)
At least 1 years experience at full-service and high-volume fine dining restaurant
Strong Knowledge of OpenTable reservation system is a must
BUSSERS:
At least 2 years experience at full-service and high-volume fine dining restaurants.
Full-time availability, including weekdays, weekends, lunch, dinner, and brunch shifts.
COOKS ($20 -$24)
At least 8 years experience at full-service and high-volume fine dining restaurants.
Must have experience and ability to function in both GRILL and SAUTE station at high volume
Experience with steaks and cooking temps
