Experienced full - time LINE COOK needed for Senza Gluten by Jemiko, very busy Italian Gluten Free Restaurant in Hell's Kitchen
Must have minimum 3 years of experience in a high volume restaurant.
knowledge of Italian cooking, ingredients.
Must be able to work well under pressure
knowledge of food safety standards.
Our entire restaurant is completely gluten-free so familiarity with gluten-free food, celiac disease, and food allergies is strongly preferred.
Good team player.
Good communication skills and understanding of dietary requests are a must.
Must maintain a clean kitchen, food storage areas neat and organized.
Must be willing to work in all aspects of the kitchen: pasta, grill, sauté, prep,salads,desserts Stations.
Food handler Certificate is a plus.
Fluent in English preferred.
