We are a renowned 25 year old artisanal , neighborhood bakery, known for our breads, pastries and baked goods. We pride ourselves on our high-quality products. We're looking for a skilled and passionate bread baker willing to work both night and day shifts. We are a small team, and need someone who can work well with others.
There is great satisfaction in working in a small bakery, getting to know the staff and customers; there is a community, almost family feeling working together.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mixing, shaping baking sourdoughs, straight breads and laminated doughs.
Must have experience working with European breads.
Following health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean workspace, ensuring all products meet our standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in a bakery setting, expertise in mixing, shaping, baking, lamination and preparation, proficient in using a sheeter.
Must be able to carry 50 lb. bag
