NEW UWS Restaurant Looking for an Experienced Bartender/Server
One of the best new restaurants on the Upper West Side is seeking a dedicated and experienced bartender/server to join our team. If you love making drinks and have a passion for hospitality and exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
Bartending skills:
- Extensive wine, cocktail and spirits knowledge.
- Engaging and charming ability to greet and connect with guests.
- Maintaining inventory of wine, spirits, beer, garnishes and supplies.
Service Excellence: I
- Take customer orders and provide detailed information on menu items.
- Ensure timely input & accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor to enhance the overall dining experience.
Table Maintenance:
- Set up tables with proper settings for lunch and brunch service.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and quickly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Menu Knowledgeable
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items.
- Answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with fellow servers, FOH staff, BOH kitchen staff & management to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender. .
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of wine and spirits
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
