We're a mixed use cafe/retail space in Greenpoint Brooklyn looking for an experienced barista for a weekend position, with an additional weekday shift (3 shifts totaling 20-24 hrs). Experience with La Marzocco machines, espresso/latte drinks/latte art and drip coffee required. Previous 3rd Wave coffee training required. NYC Food Handlers permit required. Enthusiasm with assisting customers in the other aspects of our business, such as plant knowledge/care (we will train you), ringing up sales, etc is also ideal.
We're looking for people with great attitudes that take pride in making amazing drinks and being a leading part of a super tight-knit team.

Duties will include:
- Making fantastic Coffee/Espresso/Tea Drinks (We serve our in-house line of roasted coffee, and tea from both Kettl and Bellocq.)
- Offering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining, fully stocking, and cleaning coffee station
- Assisting customers with purchases from the retail section of the store
- Being knowledgable about our products and their artists/designers
- Enthusiasm to learn about plant types/care instructions
- Daily care for our Flower/Plants
- Keeping shop clean and presentable at all times!
