While We Were Young is seeking energetic and positive Bartender(s) for our craft cocktail bar & restaurant.
If you have just recently completed a bartending Course this is NOT the job for you. Experience is a must.
4 plus years bartending in high volume craft cocktail bar
Double shaking, using a jigger and building more than one cocktail at a time is second nature to you
Attention to detail and cleanliness is something you take pride in
In depth knowledge of wine and spirits.
Ability to not only bartend, but step away from the bar and serve food as well
Food knowledge and proper service acumen
Able to build 3-5 drinks at a time(This is a must)
Strong communication both written and verbal
Understanding all aspects of how a bar functions
DOH certificate is a plus, but not necessary.
Happy/positive attitude is a must
Team player
