Responsibilities: - Develop and execute creative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests - Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Manage inventory levels and control food costs to maximize profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, MUST HAVE VALID HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATE - Collaborate with management to plan special events, banquets, and catering services - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a establishment - Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, and food presentation - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Certification from a culinary institution is preferred
