Evening Hostess position available.
Shifts: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (off on Thursday & Friday).
Shift time: 5:30 PM 11:30 PM (6 hours)
Pay: $16 per hour
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Solid organizational and people skills to ensure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
-Welcoming guests and checking guests in for their reservation. Greeting all guests as they arrive and as they depart.
-Directing guests to the bar/waiting area and/or evening manager as needed.
-Managing all reservations, phone calls, and guest queries.
-Assisting evening manager as needed.
-Maintaining a clean reception area.
-Understanding of restaurant etiquette and familiar with health and safety regulations.
-Experience in managing reservations and having excellent communication skills, via phone and in-person.
-Experience with reservation platform (OpenTable).
