Madame Vo is quintessential Vietnamese home cooking served in a modern, chic setting located in the heart of New York City's East Village. We are seeking a friendly, energetic person to greet and seat guests.You must have a positive attitude and work well in fast paced environment.
Basic Duties:
Experience with RESY and TOAST
Greeting customers
Check in guests with reservations and guiding them to their table
Giving guests accurate wait time estimates
Responsible for knowledge of restaurant and company information (hours of operations, directions, etc.)
Organized and efficient
Excellent communicator with the bar, service, kitchen, and management staff.
