Job Title: Dishwasher / Prep Cook
Location: Upscale Cocktail Bar – New York City - UES/Midtown East
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our team at our upscale cocktail bar. Responsibilities include dishwashing, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, assisting with oyster preparation, basic food prep, and fryer cooking. Ideal candidates are team players with a strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness and detail. Must have papers and must speak english
Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
Clean and maintain kitchen work areas
Assist with oyster shucking and prep
Support basic food prep and operate the fryer as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience preferred.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must Speak English. Must have papers
